An Acacia Christmas Tree

What the hell are you trying to portray? I am a Kenyan and have NEVER seen a Christmas Tree like what you are trying to show. Why are you bent on showing only the NEGATIVE side of our society to the world? What is your problem? Kenya has great places as well as poverty stricken places to visit; yet it remains a great country, and just like other countries around the globe, there are the rich and the poor! It saddens me that every block by visitors to Kenya is all about how "backward" or uncivilized the society is!!! I am fed up. If you can help alleviate the situation then do it otherwise there is no need of making fun of it! If my perception is wrong - then, make me (and others) understand your purpose of your Adventure. If it means making an Acacia tree a Christmas Tree we sure can do a better job than that!

Anonymous, we are sorry you feel that way. I will just point out that the acacia Christmas tree was being displayed by a very prominent Kenyan owned business, Intrepids. I support their ingenuity and their ability to use what they have...which is what Kenyans are known for...
